Troubleshooting Pictometry

A couple of scenarios may cause difficulty in getting the Pictometry tool to work on your PC. If you are having problems with Pictometry, follow the guidelines outlined here:

1. Disable popup blockers when using the application.

2. Pictometry works best when using Internet Explorer.
